I am very excited to share that I have been selected for a two month paid residency in the Wilke-Atelier in Bremerhaven. "Located near the Old Harbor, between the pilot house and the radar tower, is the former studio of Paul Ernst Wilke, Bremerhaven’s most famous marine and landscape painter. Wilke built the small wooden house in 1947, when he was already living in Worpswede, and came here regularly to paint." The Wilke-Atelier has since become a residency for international artists supported by the Wilke-Atelier Association for the Promotion of the Arts, Inc.
